This class is designed for women who want to:

Build total-body strength with a focus on compound movements.

Increase muscle tone and boost metabolism.

Maximize results with HIIT and intense burners to engage fast-twitch muscle fibres.
What you can expect:
- Group fitness style class with a maximum of 16 participants.
- A combination of strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn fat and sculpt muscle.
- Burners at the end of each session to push your limits and improve endurance.
